I have a big problem. My windows xp stops the computer on
stop errors ,usually when i am surfing the internet.
Usually the error reported is Page_file_in_non_page_area.
Sometimes it gives the name of drivers- modem.sys,
atapi.sys, fastfat.sys, win32k.sys etc. I have checked
all drivers but all seem to be ok. I have used onlne
crash analysis and done a memory test which came clean.
However as often this happens when surfing the net, I
have installed latest virus software with all updates,
but to no avail. I am sure it is probably a driver or a
registry entry. How can i identify the one?. I have
disabled my graphics, sound and modem cards. Could it be
motherboard resources drivers etc? How do i update these
as these are MS supply.?
