On my AMD xp 2600 system, windows xp profesional show the
cpu as a amd 2500 + in the control panel/device manager?

Is their an update to download to fix this? Second I need
the driver for usb 2.0 for windows xp prof.

2.0 is in sp1. Check your bios settings for you cpu.

Cross check with another information tool - eg get the free Aida 32,
enterprise edition from
