Hello, any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have been offline now for 3
months.
I am online temp' on neighbors webtv.

I tried to install dvd
burner to my xp professional on 2400 dimesion also hit a virus that same day
one of the 2 is why it went haywire.

after logging off and then later trying
to sign on again it said hal.dll was corrupt or missing i went to dell self
help did percisely as they said to do to repair it

now i have 3 versions of
windows on my pc (i repeated the steps to make sure i did it correctly is why
the 3rd one came up instead of just 2) and it after trying to start up both
in safe mode with and without prompt and regular turning it on plus hitting
on f12 the restore feature

it acts as if it is going into safe mode and then
the screen turns blue then constantly reboots. it never manages to get to the
screen that has user accounts on it or the "START" at the bottom right it
just reboots before it reaches those screens.

Can anyone help me out
please.

Hello and thank you EXTREMELY! new problem tho.
my monitor isnt the same now and i cant change screen size.

I managed to open my files long enough to copy them by starting windows from
windows disk after telling it to reinstall it said already a damaged version
woudl you like to try and repair current version i said yes after it
installed and rebooted NO JOKE it took over 40 minutes to load windows but it
finally came back up so i could copy my picture i had a cat 17 just died used
to be moms died and only phots were on pc so i was so happy it came back up
long enough for this.anyhow it kept every 8 minutes (which was super
annoying) shutting me off saying fatal error this must shut off now so on...
anyhow i rebooted started from windows xp pro cd and then hit reinstall.
but then my screen way size of 800x60 and only "LOW" 8 settings. i cant
change it and i dont have the driver I have hunted for hours on end looking
on google for E152FP driver to reinstall it on my system or is there
somethign else to do to it i went thru trouble shooting that was a giant
waste of time and i changed it to way to small with large gaps inbetween
everything plus the screen is fuzzy when i went into the appearance in
control panel.
