XP COA missing

I just got via the Goodwill internet auction a XP Pro CD
and the booklet, the COA is missing. How can I install or
where to call for further help? As best as I can tell this
is an orginal MS CD with SP1. Don't mention I should have
known better but I assume the COS sticker would have been

Your only recourse is to get with the seller for the Product Key.
Otherwise you have bought a coaster.

You can't. If the CoA did not come with the CD, you've purchased
nothing but a non-absorbent coaster. You might also want to report
the auction site to (e-mail address removed).
