XP chkdsk scramble

My program partition recently needed a chkdsk run. After completing I now
have the following problem:

If I run a an exe file for a game called freewiz.exe, I get the installation
startup for Outlook 2002. After aborting for a number of times the freewiz
executes.

I looked at the "found" file in the root directory at it contained the
following:

+Connect to New Data Source.adc
+New SQL Server Connection.adc
Dataconn.htc
Desktop.ini
Folder.ico

I have no idea what to do with the above and would appreciate help in
getting this straightened out.

I have already uninstalled and installed freewiz several times without
improving the situation. I am reluctant to reinstall Outlook unless
absolutely necessary.

Can anyone give me advice how to clear up this issue?

Try booting to xp cd,recovery,press enter key for password,in recovery
type:CHKDSK C: /
When its thru,type:EXIT Remove xp cd.
