xp cannot acces passwored share resource from win 98

Hello: please I need help beacause, due to a last update of xp, now I cant
acces from XP PC to unit D of another PC runing win 98. That unit D is share
under password. When I open the network from PC XP ( user name is "PC2"
without password) can acces only to unit C from PC1(win98), when I tried to
open D, dialog box appear to put password, I wrote password and nothing
happens, no open D, no dissapear pass dialog box..I dont know. Any idea?

This can happen if the Win98 computer's name contains blanks. On
Win98, go to Control Panel | Network | Identification and remove all
blanks from the computer name. Reboot Win98, and try accessing its
new computer name from XP.
