Xp boot up problem, 3 time!! I think i know the cause of this.

Alright so some of you might have notice ive been getting boot up problem, so
i restore my computer to its factory default and hey!! It solved it!! So i
reinstall ie 7, wma 11, C++, gamaker 7, AVG free, Gimp, and etc. Then this
morning when i start up my computer it happen again!! So i disable restart
computer on error, and there was an error messege, i took a screen of the
messege

also, when i first scan with avg, no errors showed up, but when i scan it
today, all the errors from before pop up again, all these errors are from
user32.dll
kernel32.dll
shell32.dll
ntoskrnl.exe

I believe those are the cause of my start up problem, so...any solution =D
