XP and HyperLinks

I've just loaed XP and all hyperlinks in my emails do not work. I need to
copy and paste them. is this an XP issue or a Norton issue?

You're in Windows Explorer or My Computer - right? Or go to Control
Panel => Folder Options.

First, For missing Folder Option try this:

Then follow the instructions of "Claymore".

Secondly, for blocked Internet Links in emails, there could be one more
reason. Suppose, if you are using Web Interface (not outlook) email client
like Hotmail or MSN then they automatically block the links of Junk Email.
Try moving your emails to Inbox.
