xp and 98 networking

We have 3 machines, 2 Win 98 and 1 XP Home. Manual IP
addresses, same subnet, same workgroup, all connected to a
DSL router. The 2 Win 98 machines can access shared files
on each other and the XP machine, but the XP machine does
not "see" the other machines in network neighborhood. All
machines can ping each other and the router, and all can
access the internet through the router.
Thanks in advance!
