XP Acting Up - No Recovery Disk Came With Computer

About five months ago I bought a FIRELITE Dragonfire
(made in China) from Tiger Direct with XP loaded. They
stopped handling or supporting the item soon after I
bought it. I can't get in touch with the company. Up
until recently it worked fine. It gets real slow. I have
done all I know to do to clean house, but it has help
little. It has not helped the major problem, described
below, at all. Now it is telling me often that the
Program Manager is not working properly and gives me a
screen to press "switch to" to make it work correctly. I
figure I need to reload XP, but no restore disk came with
the computer.

Hi, Microsoft is not responsable for providing these discs. If you can not
get one from the maker your only other choice is to purchase a copy.
