When I look at the folder attributes (General tab) of a Windows 2000
folder that is not read-only, XP and 2003 system show the Read-only
attribute as checked. Perhaps this behavior is safe, but it causes
enormous confusion. How does one tell when the folder IS in fact set
to Read-Only? When is Microsoft supplying a fix for this problem?
