XML files don't load and IE6 crashes instead

I noticed this problem when I started the help function
in msmoney. There is an xml file that then tries to
download something, but you get an empty download window
alternating with an empty IE window. The only way to
stop it is to end it in task manager.

Does anybody else have similar problems or - even better -
a solution for it?
