Xerox printer/copier off line

Hello:

I've problem with Xerox Document centre 50, After some time it go on off
line I've restart again. I have never such problem before.
it's a network printer/copier have static IP address, its also show at its
properties off line.

Could anybody tell me what's the problem?

Hi Tom,

I experienced the same problem with a DCCS50.
After Xerox updated the firmware of the machine and the
RIP the problem was gone.
