Xerox 6400 scanner

It can no longer scan film since service pack 2. It only can use the WIA
twain, so advanced features are inexcessible. Any suggestions?
 
Thank you for the suggestion, but I went to the Xerox site and they only
have a new driver for WIA, which can not access the transparency scanning
feature. Any other suggestions?
