X800XT - TV problem with latest drivers

Ever since i installed Catalyst 6.3 & Multimedia Center 9.13:

- TV no longer remembers the size of the window. It always resets to a
"default" size and i have to always resize the window when launching
the TV.

- The audio always resets to Mono.

- TV-on-demand comes up with an error, "operation that has been
selected is not compatible with tv-on-demand..."

- In the Channel List setup, the Input is listed as "Unknown AVStream
Source 1".

I've uninstalled the older drivers and installed the new from scratch.
I've also reinstalled the WDM drivers but it's no go.

I've been having problems with functionality with the 2 latest versions
of these drivers.

I have a Radeon X800 XL PCIe and an HDTV Wonder...yes, installing items in
the correct order for both to work is a pain. I noticed most of the same
problems mentioned when upgrading from Catalyst 5.11 and MMC 9.08.

Also noticed that I was unable to perform video capture from any source
(obviously due to tv-on-demand which we can't turn off), which is a pain
since I have some VHS that I want to transfer to DVDs.
