X-P Freeze up

Last week I installed X-P Professional and it keeps
freezing up . The only way I can get going again is to
cut the power. I can't reboot or turn off. I have tried
everything I know of. I'm about ready to go back to
Windows M E.
Can someone help me with this problem ?

You might want to check your memory on your PC, might have a bad sim. If
your sure its not that, which it probably is fine, boot up to WIN XP CD and
run a repair on the OS. You won't lose anything as long as your don't format
the whole business.
