Any recomendations? I would like to build a site on my laptop and FTP it to

Download the Web Builder. Should still be freeware. It's great. FTP

Have a look at Nvu <http://www.nvu.com>, just reached v1.0, open source
attempt at a Dreamweaver killer. Quite new but has potential
