WTD: ftp programme which transfers all changed files

I would like an FTP programme which will transfer all modified files in
a directory, and its sub-directories, to the specified directory (and
sub-directories) on the server, creating any new sub-directories if
required.

Is such a beast available?

WS-FTP LE doesn't seem to do this :-(

AceFTP will do what you want, Andy. I use the pro version but
the free version is equally capable.
