Have this all setup on a W2K3 server and updates are happening on root level
OU PCs servers perfectly.

The problem seems to be when there is an embedded OU, for instance:
Root Level OU=W2K3 servers
OU inside the root level OU= Site Name
When I create a GP for the Site Name OU it doesn't seem to take effect.
There are not any GPs on the Root Level OU that would override or block the
GP on the sub OU.

What am I missing???

Thanks in advance.

First thing I would check is that anyone subject to the new GP is logging
off. It will never take effect until the user has logged off and back on
again. I had to write a script to automatically log off some of our users
after hours because they'd walk away, or go out of the office without
logging off.

You may get a better answer on one of the Windows server newsgroups. This
group is dedicated to the MS-Access database product.
