Wrong Password for Receive Hotmail Account but send works

I have a Hotmail account configured in Outlook 2003. When it send/receives
the send appears to work but the receive has a wrong account or password
message. I can use IE with the account and password and it works fine.

I had this problem some time ago and either I fixed it (and forgot how) or
it resolved itself.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
