Wrong Fle-Icon combination

Ok, I know this has been discussed before, but this is driving me
nuts:

I use a program called Total Commander (have for YEARS) and when I
look into a folder, all files have the right icon with them, jpg's
have Photoshop, mp3's have Winamp etc., BUT when looking with explorer
they are all wrong.

They are basically all the same file/icon.

Nothing has been added or changed.

I've re-associated the file, but nothing happens, I've deleted the
iconcache.db from the admin folder (yeah I know, shouldn't be logging
in as that, but....) and all stays the same.

ANY ideas?

I realize in the grand scheme of things, this ain't worth a can o'
beans, but it's bugging me anyways.

Rebuild the icons using Tweak UI:

TweakUI v2.00 for Windows XP/XP MCE [564 KB].

TweakUI v2.10 for Windows XP SP1/XP MCE/2003 [147 KB].
