wrong driver for network printer

We have a windows 2000 network server. I attached a new windows XP prof.
workstation to the network. In the network there are 2 HP laserjet 4050TN
printers with duplexing facility. However after adding the printers to my
workstation it seems my workstation uses the wrong drivers cos duplex doesn't
work (should be checked by default as it's done on the server). Downloaded
the drivers again and did local install but didn't work. So how can I make my
network printers work on the XP workstation??
