Wrong display

Why I get this message when surfing microsoft site or few
other sites:

Problem with this Web page might prevent it from being
displayed properly or functioning properly. In the future,
you can display this message by double-clicking the
warning icon displayed in the status bar.

I'd like to post screen shots in MS word but, don't know
how to send it. Am using Wind 98 with 256 MB, PIII 866 Mhz.

Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
