writing style of the grammar checker

How can I change the writing style of the grammar checker to Formal?
I go to tools/option/Spelling & Grammar - Writing style Settings
but I don't find the word "Formal". I have an exercise which says "change
the writing style of the grammar checker to Formal, check the spelling and
grammar, and correct any errors" but I don't know what it means.

The instructions were written for an older version of Word. Current versions
offer specific grammar settings à la carte, as it were, instead of as a
package. I would guess that Formal would include all of the individual
settings.
