Writing from the cd drive to the cd-rw

Hello, my question is this, how would you go about copying a cd onto a cd-rw
disk without having to copying the disk I want to copy onto the computer
first.
I want to copy a disk onto another disk, but I don't want to place it onto
my computer first, (is there a way I could do this) I have both a CD-Rom and
a CD-RW drives. Forgot to mention I have Windows XP Pro

Use a copy program that has disk-to-disk capability.
nero, roxio, cdrecorder, etc....
