Writing COM Add-In with VB6

Hi all,

I wanna write a simple COM Add-In for Outlook 2003, which adds a command bar
with one button evertime when a E-Mail item is opened. I found some samples
for Outlook 2002, but I can not add this ActiveX-dll in COM manager.

Does anyone have an idea or example, what to do to create a simple vb-made
COM Add-In for Outlook 2003?
