writeable CD folder not option in XP1

Placing new blank CD in CD recordable drive opens window asking what
application to open it with but Windows Explorer Writeable folder is not one
of them... only get Windows Media Player, Roxio CD Recorder, and
RealPlayer... how to restore the Windows option?

Hello,

1. Please open My Computer
2. Right click the CD-RW drive
3. Choose Properties and choose Autoplay tab
4. Click Select an action to perform
5. Click Restore Default button
