Write folder permission

I have set up a folder that i need users to be able to
write to, but not modify their files once they've been
saved into it.

I have tried my combinations including - giving the user
group write & traverse with no read with Creator/Owner
have write only.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Go to the folder in Windows Explorer, highlight it, then Right click on it ,
select the Sharing tab, then under Security tab give whatever right to whom
you want.
