writable or rewritable

What are the best cd's to write on the writable or the rewritable positve or negative
 
Use CD-Rs for your music, MP3s, WMAs or CDAs files
Use CD-RWs for data, downloads, photos, backups (you can format CD-RWs and use it as a second harddrive).
 
You can only use the type of media supported by your CD burner. Check your documentation.
 
the computer guy in the Philadelphia paper says use only the writable; the rewritable are very unstable. He writes a column every week Tech Life I beliefe, John Fried or Freid; Philadelphia Enquirer, online.
