Can't copy CD's

i can't seem to copy songs from my media library to my CD (D:) My computer CD writing wizard always says that theres no CD in the drive or its not writable. I know that it is writable because I have written the same CD's on other computers. Please help
 
Start/My Computer/rightclick your CD-Rom drive ("D")/recording ta
Tick "Enable CD Recording on this drive"/apply/OK
