Wrapping text in main document around text box in header

When someone creates a text box in a header that extends into the main
document but does not extend to the bottom of the page, can text in the main
document wrap around that text box in the header, even when it is of varying
length?

I hope that makes sense and I appreciate any assistance.

This is in Word 2007.

If the text box is formatted to have the text wrap around it (Square or
Tight), the text in the body of the document will wrap around it.
