Wraping text in form

I am creating a customizable form and cant seem to get the text to wrap in
the text box. When I right click on the text box and go to format control
the tab that says "text box" isn't active, how do I fix this?

I am using word 2007.

I have never made anything like this before and was advised to turn on the
"developer" reel in the tool bar. That is were I got all of the commands for
my form.

I used the legacy tools(active X) to create my text boxes, labels, and
selection boxes. Under legacy tools it is under active x the second command
from the left.

As far as the format control, I found that by right clicking on my text box.
It was the very bottom option.
