Worm??

I installed the newest update to office xp the other day
and now when I try to write a new email or reply to one I
keep getting this message:
A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stroed in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

I have run a virus scan and a spyware scan to no avail.
The only thing i can think of is that MSN messenger is
setting it off. Is there any way to find out what
program is trying to access my Outlook contacts?
