I downloaded the Worldtime program by Pawprint. I was having some
trouble making it work, but I was trying. Two days ago I got an update
from Lavasoftusa's AdAware. When I ran the AdAware it found 18 different
Spyware and removed it from Worldtime. It even had me set it up to catch
4 more by rebooting my computer.

Just installed it, ran Adaware - fully updated - and it's clean. Found
nothing.

Thanks Podz. Nice to have *good* news about spyware concerns.

Hello,

I downloaded and installed two different versions of WorldTime wt552748
(same as PW site) and wt600941 (beta). Checked these with Ad-Aware 6.181
Personal, Reference File 01R266 05.03.2004 (Full directory scan C drive)
and found no hits from AdAware or even SpyBot.

You and Podz both give the program a clean bill of health. Evidently it
was a false alarm. :)

The new version is a Beta, though

If you want a better free world time program which has no spyware,
try Sunclock. It's got a world map which shows day/night, hovering
over any country gives it's current time, you can have a page showing
the time in countries that you choose, a complete star map of the
heavens & much more.

You can download it from http://www.mapmaker.com/sunclock.asp
