Workstations in WorkGroup

Hi,

is there a best way to configure workstations in a WorkGroup to access each
other?
For example, if I try to access another machine and a authentication pops-up
asking me to put Guest password, what does change must I do?
Just Sharing my C is enough?

Luiz,

The choice of authentication (Guest vs non-Guest, password etc) will vary
according to what version / edition of Windows is on each computer; if Windows
XP Pro, are you running Simple File Sharing, how much do you trust everybody on
the network, etc.
