Worksheet Protection

I have a workbook that has 6 sets of worksheets - each for a different user.
I have protection on each worksheet that limits access to a range of cells.

How can I setup the workbook to allow a user to only access the set of
worksheets that belong to the user while preserving the range access on each
of the worksheets in the set?
