When sharing, can I force an Excel document to open in a certain view?

I would like to protect my worksheets and the workbook and then share it, but I would like it if, when sharing, the document would open with all cells in use visible. In other words i would like the entire worksheet visible to those that I am sharing with when they open it on their computers so they don't have to scroll or re-size/zoom. Is this possible? I would also like it if each tab (accessible by hyperlinked buttons at this point) would appear fully as well.
