worksheet menu bar not shown in excel

in excel i am not able to see worksheet menu bar. in customize menu is not
highlighted while right click at the blank space
 
In the VBIDE, in the immediate window, enter

Application.Commandbars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Enabled = True
