Works in preview mode but not when published

Thanks for the help. I've added a hyperlink to my site to link to an
interactive computer based training tutorial. Every thing works fine in the
preview mode but won't come up when published.

Also, I've tried in vain to copy a set of files (which enable this software
to work) from my local site to the remote site but to no avail. When I look
for that folder with many embedded files on the remote site I don't see it, I
only see an HTML version of it. Is this part of the problem ?
