Works for Windows 2.0 Converters

I not infrequently need to access archived files produuced with Works 2.0,
many generated 15 years or so ago. (Why write again what one has already
written?). Are there any converters around? I currently run Office 2000
under Vista. My present methods are: 1) boot up an old computer, or 2) open
Works under Win 3.1 in a Virtual PC and save the document as *.RTF in a
shared folder. Directly opening the file from the archive CD would be easier.

Works 2-4.5 seem to have similar file formats, in which case the old Works
filters that you can download from my web site should work.

You should always copy to the hard drive before opening documents in Word.
