I cannot say for sure, but it is rather unlikely. Fortunately, Works 7.0 can
be purchased at Wal-Mart for $45.96.

Install WORKS 4.5 and find out. You might need to use
compatibility mode as W95 or 98. There may be updates on
the WORKS download page.
If it doesn't run you can remove it and buy a current
version.

Can't say for sure on XP Pro, but I use it on XP Home with only one slight
issue, which I fixed by disabling theme support for the program in the
Compatibility Wizard.. You will want to be sure to get the update to 4.5a,
which fixes some Y2K issues... Check in the newsgroup
microsoft.public.works.win, there are lots of posts that will have a link
for it.

And, for those who tout later versions of Works, every version starting
with 5 was a DOWNGRADE in functionality! I have 7 on my system (Yes, you
can install both by using s different folder for 4.5), and I use 4.5 more
often!

Hope this helps, and, as always, your mileage may vary,
