On XP? Probably, 4.0 would be an early W95 version, maybe
still W3.1. You should install it in compatibility mode
probably.

Version 7 is current.

If you intend to print labels from Works Database, you should try to get a
copy of Works 4.5. Newer versions are harder to do labels and very time
consuming. Otherwise I am satisfied with version 6.0 .
