working with forms

I have created a form for use in research. My hope was to create a form that
would be emailed to the population would in turn email a completed form back
to me so I could collect the data. I though I had it working as I would
email it back and forth to different email address on this machine and the
form appeared to work great. Than I tried sending it to my wife on her MAC.
the form showed up but when she sent it back it washed all the imputed data
out of the form - Why? what am I doing wrong

Have your wife save her changes to her desktop or some other location, and
then attach that document to the email to send it back to you. It sounds to
me that what is happening, is that she is sending back exactly the same
document as you sent her.
