workgroup not accessible

I am using windows XP professional. I can access
internet. I can see my workgroup, but can't open it. The
other computer on the same workgroup can access my shared
files/folders. Does anyone why or where shall I start?

I am having the same problem. Not sure what caused it,
but have noticed that the workstation service is not
running and I get an Error 126 (module not found) when I
try to start it.
