Workgroup Denying Permission to Other Computers

I have 3 Computers, all XP Home.
The Main one has an Internet Connection, and and other PCs connect via a Hub.
The Main PC is new, and the Old Main one has become a Secondary PC elsewhere
in the House. The Other 2 PCs get an internet connection, but when they want
to join the Workgroup, it Says that it's denied. I used to be able to share
The Printer and Files. Now it's just internet.

Have a look at http://winhlp.com/wxnet.htm . That should solve
the problem.
