Work schedule for eight employees

M

Mark Flynn

Using OL2003's calendar on a PC running Windows XP pro.
I have eight workers per day.
Is it possible to create a work schedule that shows:
Their start and end times
Two workers rotate their schedules every two weeks
I want to schedule work times for the entire year.
I want to print the schedule monthly/weekly so that all the employees can
see who is working what shift.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Best regards, Mark Flynn

For the printing issue, I would suggest that you try:

"My Outlook Calendar". You can
download this from the SlipStick.com site,
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
Customizable Word template for generating Outlook
weekly and monthly calendars.

This VERY COOL FREE item is run from a Word template
that when opened will read your calendar and build you a
completely editable calendar with all the details included.

You may need to relax the Macros running in both Outlook
and MS Word.

Happy New Year Nikki:
Thanks for your reply. Looks like Outlook can not do what I'm trying to
accomplish. I looked at what Slipstick has to offer and can't find
anything.
Do you reccommend any Employee scheduling software? I looked on Google but
can't find anything that'll work for me.

Hi Nikki:
Thanks for helping me. I'm going to use MS Excel to create the calendar. I
found a template that will work.
Have a Happy New Year
