I have been trying to setup my outlook to work offline, in the file menu drop down there is no work offline. In the my computer, offline files, the buttons are grayed out. I need to change this but how?
Yes I am using exchange server. It does create the ost file. Whne click send and recieve, it states that I don't have permissions to perform this operation.
