Work hours not displayed in Outlook 2003

Hello Everyone,

Everyone in my office uses Outlook 2003 (SP1), on Win XP [SP2] platform.

Some of my users have complained that, before Outlook 2003, when they
scheduled meetings (in Outlook 2000), they were able to see the invitee's
work hours.

I never paid attention to it (in Outlook 2000) and I still don't pay
attention to it now, but I was just wondering if there's any truth to what
they are saying. Does Outlook 2000 really show you an invitee's work hours?
If so, did Outlook 2003 do away with it?

Please advise.

Thanks,
Ace.

No, it really doesn't. Current versions of Outlook can show only your own work hours. Outlook 2007 + Exchange 2007 will add the ability to show each attendee's work hours.

I doubt it. They may have been able to see when others' time was scheduled
(and they still can).

Thanks you guys.

I appreciate the confirmation and the heads-up on Outlook 2007.

Much appreciated,
Ace.
