Time difference between Outlook 2003 & 2007

Hi

I'm working with several PC's, some with Outlook 2003 and some with Outlook
2007. When trying to schedule a meeting from 2003, sometimes when a 2007 user
accepts the meeting, the original meeting time changes for all the users -
for example becomes one hour later. How can I solve this problem?
Thanks

figure out which machine is not using the correct (and current) Time zone
and DST definitions.
