work from home and at office on the same session

I have in my office server 2003, I want to work from my home

With my xp pro, on the same session that I work at office.


I try with remote assistance, but I get message that the novice is not
there!

If the office PC is behind a firewall/NAT/router then you need to forward TCP Port 3389 to the PCs
LAN IP address. Contact your local office network administrators for help with that. Call using the
public internet IP of the firewall/NAT/router.

notice please, my system at office is server 2003 not xp.
that mean, remot desktop is behave like a remote admin, that not
have a way to controle console session remotly!
